This ride can best be summed up by two words: High Five. Perhaps one of my favorite things to do on any roller coaster is to be able to reach over and high five the people on the other train. Although it would never get built like this today Gemini was built with the dueling tracks so close together that you can actually reach out and give the people on the other train a high five when going around the corners. Although it looks like a wooden coaster Gemini is actually a steel coaster with a wooden support structure which gives it a smooth ride even though it is over 30 years old. Easily one of the best dueling coasters I have been on (and not just because they actually run both tracks) Gemini is an very well designed ride that actually gives either train a chance of winning. Easily one of the best rides at the park Gemini is a classic coaster that still challenges many modern coasters.
